Generally, it will take up to 3 to 5 months for a standard machine. Lead time of customized machine or end-of-line packaging automation varies, depending on the design and requirement.

We will send out one of our service engineers to install the machine for you. For standard machine installation, we will schedule an online training manual to guide you through the installation process as well as a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan.

We have a dedicated service team and service hotline to support our customers worldwide. For oversea customers, our service team will schedule an on-site visit for complete inspections as well as customized equipment training and preventive maintenance via online to equip users with information on how to operate and maintain the machine. We also use the ERP system to keep track of all your enquiries regarding machine spare parts and maintenance.
